Today was a very difficult day for Larry. Actually, for all of us. His pain is again nearly unbearable, so the anesthesiologist and neurosurgeon consulted and presented us with a new plan. We agreed for Larry to have an epidural that is supposed to manage the pain very well until his procedure on Monday. We were so optimistic that this would help him to rest and to allow for a nice weekend. It worked for a couple of hours and then the pain returned. The anesthesiologist, who is also Board Certified in Pain Management, came back and increased some meds, changed a couple of things and we're hoping that the changes will allow Larry to rest. For those of you who pray for him, please pray that he is comfortable enough to relax and get some sleep. I have to think that the lack of sleep is certainly not helping him - especially emotionally. It seems as though he is getting weary, so please continue praying for him.

Thank you for the update, and rest assured that we are praying for you all continually! We will pray for a pain free, restful weekend so that Larry is in a good mental and physical state for his procedure on Monday!

Please let me know if there is anything else we can do!

We love you all so much!

Terri,
We will be praying for Larry. Continuing to pray for relief from the pain and for restful sleep. Praying for you too - that you would feel Gods presence and comfort and you would rest too. We love you.

I just want you to know that me and Angie are praying for Larry. I really miss him at work and hope for a speedy recovery. He is the only sane person there when the chaos ensues.

Terri,

I can't imagine how you all are dealing with this except through the strong arms of the Lord! Know that we pray for all of you often. Wish we lived closer--maybe there would be something I could do!

Love to you and Larry!!!

Larry and Terri,

I've been praying for you both a whole lot, especially in these past few days. Everyone at work is eager to hear how the surgery went yesterday. I'm praying that your whole family will be filled with the peace of God that belongs to we who have a relationship with Jesus.
